Primarily, we provide architectural visualization and project management to architectural firms, builders, investors, designers, and businesses, as well as provide interior design to individuals, builders, and businesses to help them customize their current or future spaces. We also provide photography and graphic design, helping you visualize and present your project from start to finish.

For designs, typically, we will discuss the project and work on an estimate. From there, we’ll do a walkthrough and/or put together a style board. Once approved, we begin on designs. There will be multiple check ins to make sure it’s going in the right direction. Once designed, we finalize items and anything else needed to finish up the project. This can range from one week for small projects on a tight deadline, to several months for larger, more relaxed projects. We’re happy to work with whatever timeline works best for you!

For rendering, the timeline will vary greatly depending on size and scope of work. Turn around time and cost greatly decreases if sketchup or other plans or models are provided.

For project management, the timeline varies greatly depending on size and scope of work, lead times, as well as the local government’s permitting timeline.

The turn around time for photography is one week from the shoot date.
